DESIGNS, LOGOS AND ART FILES:  

Logos can be provided as paper copies or electronic files.  If an electronic file is given then it should be provided at the highest resolution possible.  Regardless of the medium, all logos should be provided in their actual color.  

The larger and cleaner the provided art, the better it is to digitize and to produce a high quality final result. 

DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY FILES:

Garments, etc. prefers to use TAJIMA [.DST] digitized embroidery files, as this format sews best on our embroidery machines.  We cannot edit or resize TAJIMA .DST files since changing the size will affect the layout but not the stitch count; therefore, the final result will not be of high quality as intended.  All digitized files should also be accompanied by a pdf showing the actual layout and the digitizing information.
